**Finance Manager**

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage full-spectrum finance functions, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation for 6 companies.
- Payroll Management: Oversee and process payroll using AutoCount, ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other statutory requirements.
- Cost Analysis & Control: Conduct regular cost reviews, identify savings opportunities, and optimize financial performance across all businesses.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements (SST, income tax, audits, etc.).
- Integrate and optimize accounting software with Food Market Hub (procurement) and Autocount (payroll systems) for seamless operations.
- Supervise and mentor 3 - 4 employees.
- Improve financial processes through automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance across all businesses.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, payroll systems and procurement systems (Food Market Hub experience is a plus).
- Hands-on payroll processing experience with knowledge of statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
- Proven skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial optimization.
- Leadership skills with experience managing a small finance team.
- Tech-driven mindset - able to implement automation and digital solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
