Propose, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events/roadshows to achieve maximum brand awareness and sales, including product launches.
- Handle communication with event support facilities, logistics, shopping mall management, various business partners, and manpower arrangement for events/roadshows setup and dismantle.
- Work with design teams and suppliers/vendors to ensure the timely delivery of all sales and marketing components, including the development of point-of-sale materials, advertisements, and online content.
- Plan, prepare, and collaborate closely with appointed advertising agencies and other suppliers for both above-and below-the-line advertising programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness at all times.
- Assist the manager in preparing budgets, proposals, and payments. Maintain up-to-date internal documents/records/reports, such as planning sheets, time sheets, expenses, agenda, minutes, vendor list, and shopping complexes.
- Consistently monitor A&P expenditure versus the budget set.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by superiors.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in shopping center management, retail, marketing, or event management.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Tactful and able to excel in a pressure-driven environment.
- Meticulous and self-motivated.
- Must possess own transport.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
