**Responsibilities**:

- To control and oversee all company projects, people and ventures. Responsible for the overall success of the company projects in Malaysia and work together with Managing Director and the Group’s Company in Hong Kong and mainland China
- Report directly to the Board of Directors
- Networking, communicate and dealing with potential clients
- Preparing KPIs of sizeable projects of the company
- Provide projects strategic advice to Managing Directo and the board. Assist Managing Director with the overall executive direction through subordinate for construction, technical and engineering functions to ensure successful completion
- Participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee the organization, scheduling, budgeting and implementation
- Lead, plan, direct and coordinate with the entire projects team (internal & external) on activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems towards the successful completion of the project
- Keeping track of all the projects status on managerial and operational level
- Ensure smooth progress of company projects through close liaison and attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities
- Ensure resources such as financial, manpower, materials and machineries are managed productively and efficiently within the forecast budget and within the actual budget
- Perform as a head and leadership for the projects, programmed, portfolio managers to POO (Project Operations Officer) and PMO (Projects Management Officer)
- Direct the preparation of and present managerial and policy issues with recommendations on matters related of company's projects

**Job Requirements**
- At least 10 years and above of working experience in a construction environment.
- At least 5 years and above of working experience in MNEs.
- Relevant professional work experience should include:
a) 5 years and above working in project operations and within management teams and matrixed environments

b) 5 years and above in the international development sector.

c) 3 years and above directly managing, supervising and mentoring staff.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in project operations and management practices.
- Expert knowledge of safety, efficiency and product quality standards.
- Expertise in managing vendor and partner relationships, contracts, agreements and the procurement process.
- Knowledge of the industry’s legal rules, guidelines and diverse business principles and functions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for training and motivating teams, creating the vision for the future of the company.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin (due to liaise with stakeholder in China) and English.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM16,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:
