The company is currently expanding its business lines and is recruiting an Operations Director / Project Lead, who will be developed into a Project CEO in the future.

【Role Positioning】

This is a core role benchmarked to a COO / Project CEO.

You will take full responsibility for the operations of the online gaming B2B platform and media business, including:

  • Business operations
  • Market growth
  • Team management
  • Traffic growth & channel operations
  • Product management & customer success
  • Overseas client relationship management

This position reports directly to the COO and will be cultivated as a key leader for the company's future global business.

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Strategy & Project Management (Core)
  • Manage planning and execution of B2B gaming platform, API integration services, industry exhibitions, and media projects
  • Set annual/quarterly/monthly operational targets (traffic, clients, revenue, retention, GMV, etc.)
  • Develop operational strategies, product planning, market positioning, and growth models
  • Drive cross-department collaboration (tech, product, marketing, sales, customer service)
2. Operations Management
  • Build the full operations system: user growth, channel operations, content operations, supply chain operations
  • Optimize gaming provider onboarding flow, operational processes, and API integration workflow
  • Guide the data team in building visualized KPI dashboards and improving data quality
  • Ensure operational health and business data accuracy
3. Market Expansion & Brand Promotion
  • Develop global marketing strategies: online ads, channel partnerships, exhibitions, agency partnerships
  • Attend international industry expos (SiGMA, ICE, G2E, iGB Live, etc.)
  • Promote brand exposure, media partnerships, and PR strategies to increase global influence
  • Manage client acquisition and partnership growth
4. Team Management (Future Project CEO Team Scale)
  • Build and manage operations, marketing, and business teams
  • Set OKRs/KPIs and conduct performance management
  • Train and develop local teams, improving efficiency and capabilities
  • Future team size responsibility: 30–100 people
5. Financial & Business Accountability
  • Responsible for overall project revenue targets and growth metrics
  • Manage cost control and budgeting
  • Act as the "business owner" of the project, groomed for a CEO role
【Requirements】
Language & Nationality
  • Non-Chinese nationality (from regions where gaming is legal)
  • Able to communicate with the team in Chinese
  • English as a working language
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above (Operations, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in internet, gaming, iGaming, or online platform operations
  • Experience in B2B or platform operations is preferred
  • Gaming / digital entertainment industry background is a strong plus
  • Management experience with teams of 30+ members

【Compensation & Benefits】

Salary Structure:

  • Base salary (negotiable depending on experience): RM 15,000 – RM 20,000 + commission + project dividends→ Expected annual income of no less than RM 500,000
