**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities:
- Planning and design the process of creating a comic books.
- Developing story ideas, selecting and evaluating manuscripts.
- Focus on how to break down the idea of the comic book into a visual script and making it easy and fun to read by using different types of panels and perspectives.
- Add emotion and humor to the story’s needs.
- Review for accuracy, spelling, grammar, style & clarity. Make corrections and revisions as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively. Collaborate alongside with writer and artist in producing scripts, storyboards and illustrations.
- Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in related field.
- Strong knowledge of book publishing & comics.
- A basic knowledge or experience in using desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign.
- Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral). Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with minimum supervision.
