**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **preparation and submission of periodic financial statements** (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with the relevant accounting standards and the disclosure requirements of **any applicable stock exchange**, both local and international.
- Manage the **consolidation of group financial statements across subsidiaries**, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, MFRS).
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory reporting requirements, including coordination with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic business decisions.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure financial integrity.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic insights to the senior management and board.
- Support investor relations and contribute to external financial communications and disclosures.
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Professional accounting certification is mandatory (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in a **senior finance role** in a public listed company.
- Demonstrated experience in **financial consolidation across subsidiaries**.
- Solid understanding of **international financial reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or equivalent)**.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements of **local and/or foreign stock exchanges**.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- High integrity and commitment to corporate governance and transparency.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting software.
- Exposure to cross-border regulatory environments and foreign subsidiary reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
