**NUTRITIONIST 销售员/ 药剂师助理 TING PHARMACY SENTOSA**

**TING PHARMACY NUTIRITIONIST/SALES ASSISTANT销售员/PHARMACIST ASSISTANT 药剂师助理** **Monthly Salary 月薪 RM2000-Rm3000+++** **5 Working Days & 2 Rest Day Per Week 5天工作日& 2天休息日** **Basic Salary + Allowances + Incentives 底薪 + 津贴 + 佣金** **No experience needed, Training will be provided,** **Experience is sales/pharmacy/retails are welcomed**

**NUTRITIONIST**

**Duties职责/responsibilities责任 (Training Provided 提供培训)**

**- Proficient in explaining the types and functions of rehabilitation products, with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. 熟练讲解康复产品的种类和功能，具有至少6个月的相关经验。**

**- Recommend product (medicine & supplement) 介绍产品（药和保健品）**

**- Helping the pharmacist to check the customer's health 帮助药剂师检查客户**

**- Attends and assists customer, provide product information, find product they are looking for and advice and guidance on product selection 出席并协助客户，提供产品信息，帮助客户找到他们正在寻找的产品以及提供产品选择的建议和指导**

**- Ensures product visibility and product display and practice FEFO and FIFO on inventory 确保产品可见性和产品展示，并在库存上实施 FEFO 和 FIFO**

**- Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management 接收进货和存储交货并参与库存控制和管理**

**- Respond and responsible to deal with customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary 响应并负责处理客户的询问或投诉，并在必要时将询问转给药房团队的相关成员**

**- Attaches prices tags and keeps up to date with special promotions and putting up displays 附上价格标签并及时了解特别促销和陈列**

**- Responsible for processing cash and card payment and balancing cash register with receipt 负责处理现金和卡支付，并平衡银机和收据**

**Professional Service**
- Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers
- Provide nutritional advice and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or health
- Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales target
- Acquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend in retail establishments
- Perform market research, product surveying & product testing
- Involve in new product development & research on itsbenefits and usage
- Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required

**Stock Management**
- To assist in stock take
- To assist in receiving stocks according to purchase order
- To store products follow proper guidelines
- Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements

**People Management (Co-Worker & Customers)**
- To provide knowledge training to new co-workers and support when they need
- Maintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiently to customer inquiries
- Provide technical support, guidance, and feedback to front-liners who handle customer inquiries
- Assist in company activities, eg. Roadshows, exhibitions, expo

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Additional Language: Mandarin (an added advantage but not compulsory)
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in the health/retail pharmacy industry will be an advantage
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Healthcare-Pharmacy or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
