**Job Title**: Retail Sales & Marketing Intern

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated **Retail Sales & Marketing Intern** to join our Sungai Petani team. This role combines hands-on retail experience with digital marketing execution, offering exposure to both in-store sales operations and modern customer engagement strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Retail Sales_
- Assist customers in-store with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Support store operations including merchandising, product display, and inventory upkeep.
- Learn product knowledge (basic golf equipment types, pricing, and features) to guide customers effectively.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Marketing & Content_
- Assist in creating engaging social media content (photos, videos, captions) to showcase products and promotions.
- Support local marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor social media interactions, respond to inquiries, and engage with the online golf community.
- Provide input on customer preferences and market feedback to the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related fields.
- Passion for sports or interest in golf (prior golf knowledge is a bonus but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with familiarity in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
