**KEY RESULT AREAS**

Committed in managing accidents, injuries and illness related to work and to provide healthcare coverage for employees and others involved along the value chain. Plays an active role in providing information and consultation related to occupational health and promote awareness and knowledge of safety and health to employees and other people related to or impacted by business activities by setting high standards.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Primary Nursing Care**

Perform nursing assessment

Organise health talk, health education, awareness programs and other initiatives to create health awareness amongst the employees

Provide direct care, including emergency treatment of occupational injuries & illness

Basic health monitoring

Co-ordinate the treatment and review of all occupational injuries and illness

Maintain confidential medical records of employee, co-ordinate the running of the health centre

**Clinic Administration**

Organising efficient and effective administration of the clinic

Managing medical claims, liaise with Hospitals and Clinics to verify medical bills/receipts

Monthly reports/statistics related to medical utilization

Ordering drugs, managing records of medicines/prescriptions by visiting MO

Issuing of Guarantee Letter, managing referrals/appointments

Managing Insurance claims (SOCSO claim, Personal Accident claim, Hospital and Surgical Insurance claim, Death claim and JTK claim)

Hospital visit

Managing maternity leave and allowances

**QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCES**
- Diploma In Nursing
- State Registered Nurse (SRN) Certification
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

**Salary**: From RM1,650.00 per month
