Key Responsibilities:

- Pioneering UI/UX Design Excellence: Lead the charge in crafting and refining intuitive, captivating UI/UX experiences across all gaming platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement.
- Visionary Visual Strategy: Architect and implement a cohesive visual narrative throughout the entire game lifecycle, captivating our audience and fortifying our brand identity from inception to post-launch support.
- Creative Asset Mastery: Craft a myriad of dynamic assets tailored to diverse marketing goals, from high-quality imagery to interactive content, propelling our presence across digital platforms and in-game.
- Innovative Advertisement Design: Forge cutting-edge ads and promotional materials that captivate and convert, leveraging graphic design and video editing expertise to drive engagement across various marketing channels.
- Collaborative Esports and KOL Integration: Partner with esports figures and Key Opinion Leaders to maintain visual coherence and brand integrity, tailoring visuals to resonate with both audiences and brand standards.
- Figma Prototyping Expertise: Harness Figma's full potential to design prototypes and high-fidelity visuals, collaborating seamlessly to ensure designs are innovative and user-centric.
- Superior Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from conception to delivery, fostering collaboration and prioritizing tasks to achieve cohesive design solutions.
- Brand Identity Development: Shape and evolve our brand identity, ensuring all creative assets align with established guidelines and effectively communicate our values.
- Feedback-Driven Iteration: Actively incorporate feedback to refine designs, embracing iteration to continually enhance user experiences and visual communications.
- Trendsetting Innovation: Keep abreast of design and technology trends, experimenting with new tools and techniques to maintain our gaming ecosystem's position at the vanguard of innovation.

Requirement:

- At least diploma holder in related study background
- With a proven track record in graphic design and video editing, highlighted by a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design within the gaming realm, coupled with a mastery of Figma and proficiency in leading video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,
- Demonstrates the ability to conceptualize and execute comprehensive campaign designs and video content, from strategy to final execution.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry's visual and engagement strategies, especially concerning esports and KOL partnerships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and KOLs to integrate and synchronize visual content across various platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple, diverse projects with creativity and precision.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
