**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and creative professional with proficiency in both graphic design and video editing to join our team as a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting visually captivating graphics and compelling videos that seamlessly align with our brand identity and contribute to our overarching marketing objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary education is not a necessity with proven work quality and relevant experience.
- Strong fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Well trained and have working experience in both Graphic Design and Video Editing
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation.
- Can-do attitude with a strong desire for solving problems
- Knowledge of the Malaysian market and cultural trends.

**; Requirements: - Education and Experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Any tertiary education is acceptable; fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Prior experience in graphic design and video editing roles is advantageous.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with the Taiwanese team.
- Understanding of Traditional Chinese characters are preferred to enhance understanding of tasks delegated

**Skills and Expertise**:

- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Knowledge of industry-standard practices for creating professional graphic designs and engaging video content.

**eCommerce Familiarity**:

- Strong interest and enthusiasm for the eCommerce industry.
- Frequent use of social media, with an awareness of local market trends.
- Willingness to adapt to the unique demands of eCommerce in different markets.
- Ability to work with various eCommerce platforms and tools.

**Operational Skills**:

- Proficient in optimising processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Effective communication skills in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ensuring design consistency and maintaining content quality in collaborative efforts.

**Marketing Alignment**:

- Understanding of how eCommerce and marketing strategies complement each other whilst working closely with all.
- Willingness to actively support and execute marketing campaigns to drive online sales.

**Project Management**:

- Strong project management skills, including multitasking, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Completing varied assignments from different organisations based on direction given within stipulated timeline

**Data Analysis and Decision-Making**:

- Proficient in data analysis to monitor key performance indicators and generate valuable insights.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.

**Graphic Design**:
Create visually appealing graphic designs for various marketing collateral that are industry standards and professional, including social media posts, banners, and promotional materials, logos and 2D Design. Ensure graphic designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design elements.

**Video Editing and Production**:
Edit and produce engaging videos for diverse marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and social media content. Add effects, animations, and graphics to enhance the visual storytelling aspect of the videos.

**Collaboration with Creative Team**:
Work closely with other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Collaborate on the development of multimedia assets that integrate graphic design and video elements seamlessly.
