**About the Role**:
As our Game Marketing Lead, you’ll take charge of developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our games. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to build strong communities, amplify our content, and deliver impactful campaigns.
**What You Can Expect To Work On**
- Develop and lead innovative social media strategies across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Discord
- Plan and manage content calendars and storytelling efforts in sync with game launches, updates, and seasonal events
- Write, edit, and localize press releases, announcements, and in-game marketing materials for different regions and audiences
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across key markets
- Handle end-to-end coordination including outreach, contracting, briefing, and performance tracking
- Drive community engagement through initiatives such as online challenges, livestreams, Discord events, and offline meetups
- Serve as the voice of the community—gather player insights and feedback to support game and marketing improvements
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, creators, and gaming communities to grow player base and retention
- Collaborate with Product, Game Ops, and Data teams to align marketing efforts with live game operations and development roadmaps
**Requirements**:
**What You Need to Succeed**
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing within the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of driving and scaling brand strategies
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring marketing teams, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Deep expertise in social media strategy, influencer/KOL campaigns, and community building across diverse regions and platforms
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and player behavior, with hands-on experience across platforms like X, Discord, TikTok, and emerging social channels
- Skilled in planning and executing both online and offline community events, from concept to post-event analysis
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases, campaign briefs, and marketing copy
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Game Development, and Live Ops teams to align on goals and execution
- Experience with Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile games is highly preferred; familiarity with live service models and international markets is a strong plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment, with the ability to lead initiatives autonomously while fostering a collaborative team culture
