**Position : IT Infrastructure Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and configuring network infrastructure (internal).
- Monitoring/configuring and installation of firewall,
- Establishing VPN.
- Monitoring LIS System (Lake Image System).
- Monitoring/configuring industrial pc.
- Monitoring and configuring server (Windows and Linux)
- Monitoring and configuring IPPBX (Grand stream) and PABX (ARISTLE)
- Monitoring and configuring access card system (CASTLE)
- Monitoring and configuring workstation both Windows and Linux based
- Establish SFTP and FTP connection for SFTP server.
- Installation any software and hardware
- Cabling and termination RJ49, patch panel, cable management for Data center.
- Configuring/installation both client and relay for Bit Defender antivirus software
- Access Point configuration 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz for both Guest and Office use.
- Disaster Recovery implementation.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of IT experience for architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Full time position;
- Have work passion & right attitude;
- Must be willing to work odd hours and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent problem-solving skill;
- Willing to travel to customer site (local & overseas) when required;
- Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations, database administration, and systems programming and administration
- Understanding of ITIL practices
- Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage internal and external projects from inception to completion
- Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
- Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions as well as documenting them and presenting them to senior management
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
