Provide L1 and L2 of IT supports proficiency in desktops, laptops, printers, hardware and software installation, networking, configuration, repair and troubleshooting services across the Gadang Group of Companies.
- Organise and maintain the server room infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Identify IT risks, threats and vulnerabilities in the organisation’s IT infrastructure and ensure daily Server and NAS backup are performed successfully.
- Ensure all IT asset inventory is recording and updating in a proper manner and promptly.
- Adherence to standard operating policy and procedures for IT and Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Evaluate the organisation’s IT infrastructure and recommend enhancements.
- Co-Lead and execute IT related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- To assist and perform half-yearly IT audits and preventive maintenance checking.
- To prepare, maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge based.
- Manage the procurement processes for new IT hardware, software, and services.
- Assist in raising awareness to users on cybersecurity threats and countermeasures. (eg: design basic posters and infographics to attract awareness)
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work responsibilities described above.
- Contributes to team effort and assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by the Immediate Superior and/or Management when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional, CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure, supports and networking role.
- Experience in Microsoft Operating System, IT Audit, Asset Inventory Management, TCP/IP, Server, Firewall, Switch, Router, NAS and/or Software Licensing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in graphic designing will be an added advantage.
- Fluent and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Excellent skills in assembling desktops, laptops, and printers.
