**Qualifications/Skills**:

- 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Diploma in Secretary Study or equivalent. Those with other qualifications but possess relevant working experience may also apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Must possess good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To assist the F&B Manager for all office and operation matters.
- To attend Committee or Sub-Committee meeting as and when directed. Responsible to facilitate and coordinate the meetings including taking minutes, pre and post meetings preparations and follow-ups.
- To function as secretary of Food & Beverage, Wine Panels and any other committees as and when directed.
- Prepare notice of meeting, agenda, minutes of meeting, external letters, memos including preparation for meeting materials and facilities.
- Provide general secretarial duties such as managing meeting schedules, reports, and any other administrative matters at Food & Beverage.
- To make sure all filing done for all approved minutes.
- Coordinate with other Outlet Managers and HODs when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
