Check and replace faulty parts at the office and common area
- Check the water level in tank to ensure water level is always at optimum level
- Daily monitor and operate the chiller system to ensure comfortable air conditioning temperature to office during working hours and to area where the Client's function and events are held at any time - staff must standby during function and events if request by the Client
- Daily monitor and operate the chiller system to ensure it is switched-off from 2.30 a.m to 5.30 a.m and during less demand over weejend and public holidays,
- Check the facilities in the budling's and report on any defects or problems
- Check on the pumps to ensure they are working normally
- Check record on the operation of the lift and escalator in the building
- Carry out visual inspection of diesel storage in the generator sets rooms on daily basis
- Assist on the daily operations of the M&E in the buildings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,850.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (required)
