**Job Duties**:

- To perform installation, maintenance, and repair work for makeover projects such as electrical wiring, cable trunking, lighting, electrical work, and aircond servicing.
- To supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and productivity of progress on site
- Liaison with designers and suppliers in the material purchasing processes for makeover projects.
- To assist the Community Manager in the maintenance and management of the property unit
- Monthly electrical reading records.

Skills and Qualifications**: ** Must have a valid Certificate of Competency as a Wireman **(PW1/PW2/PW3/PW4)** issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with knowledge in technical aspects i.e mechanical, electrical, or similar engineering discipline
- Have good skills in maintenance job and repairing in the aspect of building facilities.
- Those with experience with site supervision in renovation projects will have added advantages.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Driving License B2 or D (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
