**NURSE MANAGER / ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER**

RM5,000 - RM7,000

Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (9am-5pm on weekdays, 9am-1pm on Saturdays)

Location : Bukit Jalil Kuala Lumpur

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee nursery operations & ensure compliance to nursery SOP
- Handle the nursing care of mums and babies
- Ensure satisfactory delivery of care for mums and babies and keep updated on customers' health status
- Manage duty rostering for the nursery and maintain adequate staffing levels for the nursery
- Train new staff on the nursery SOPs
- Ensure proper record keeping
- Oversee the classes and talks conducted by nurses for the customers
- To ensure that nursing staff provide courteous and prompt service to patients and visitors
- Other general duties related to the operation of the nursery department

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Possess valid APC or Retention of Name and registered with Nursing Board
- Passion for babies and mother care
- 5 years’ experience in management & managing nursing teams (experience in O&G, midwifery, paeds is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and excellent English communication.
- A team player committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
