A leading innovator in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a dynamic and proactive **Key Account Manager **to join the team.
As a **Key Account Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a cohesive approach to account management.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favorable terms.
**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management in the pharmaceutical /FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
