**Finance Associate**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Works directly with internal stakeholders such as credit control, local repayment, margin financing in the deal flow, settlement process and reconciliation activities.
- Manages accounts opening of new clients and facilitates their onboarding.
- Monitors clients’ outstanding contracts and communicates the required actions with clients timely and accordingly.
- Be responsible to client inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues arising from financial products, portfolio account and trading system.
- Perform financial and technical analysis to research about the financial position and prospects of public listed companies, and other related industry news.
- Designs and transforms working materials into attractive communication and marketing pieces in social media.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business, finance, management or any similar field
- Understanding of the financial services industry and basic accounting is preferable
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to self-direct, analyse, evaluate, form independent judgments, and think out of the box
- Based in Penang. Fully work from home with limited travelling (flexible working environment)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
