**Responsibilities & What You’ll Gain**:
**Sales Intern**
- Assist in property viewings, appointments, and client follow-up
- Support listing, market research, and database updating

**You’ll Gain**: Real estate sales exposure, client communication, and negotiation skills

**Marketing Intern**
- Help design social media content, posters, and videos
- Track engagement and assist in event promotions

**You’ll Gain**: Creative content planning, social media strategies, branding insight

**Finance Intern**
- Assist in daily transactions, filing, and basic bookkeeping
- Support in invoicing, reconciliation, and petty cash records
