Responsibilities:

- Responsible to plan daily schedule allocated manpower and provide task planning by daily basis and monitoring mould change from time to time.
- Request material and to ensure a proper operating condition of material and equipment, and the availability of adequate material, equipment and toolbox at production floor i.e. welding set, hammer & etc.
- Receive drawing, coordinate & liaison with planner.
- Ensure cutting, fitting, and welding follow drawing requirements.
- Compile daily time sheets and reports.
- Conduct toolbox briefing once a week.
- Provide on-the-job training to teams.
- Make sure a safety working environment takes place.
- Responsible for any accident that happens and report to safety immediately.
- Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possessed of certificate in welding work.
- Experienced in precast concrete and know how to read production precast drawing.
- Willing to work in shift and when required (eg. weekend, public holiday, night shift).
- Initiative and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Immediate start or in 1 month time.
