Industrial Project Intern

The intern will be working in the PPID team with the individual domain experts, he/she will be working on the following:
**Main Responsibilities**:
Implement innovative solutions that cover:

- improve the current Process Risk Management Plan (Departmental KPI) tracking file to be a live dashboard via MS PowerBI Platform.
- to allow the direct percent of completion update once the action is closed.
- reduce the manual data handling.
- Develop a system (dashboards / report) for Element Important of Safety (EIS) Event Monitoring.
- EIS event (failure or override/bypassed) is a Key KPI under the Process Risk Management.
- The system will show an overview of EIS events reported from each of the facilities, and their live status
- Develop the training materials based on the Air Liquide Group Standard requirements
- to customize the technical standard training material to suit facilities in the SEA cluster.
- Other Tasks that are deemed necessary by the reporting supervisor.

- involvement in the Group Technical Standard Compliance review activities
- able to learn the latest industrial standard through the Group Standard compliance review activities which cover the Process Safety, Oxygen Safety, Product Storage etc.
- Exposure in the Air Separation Unit (ASU) and Hydrogen & CO Process (HyCO) Process
- Able to learn about how the Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon and Hydrogen are being produced, stored and delivered to customers.
- Other technical knowledge such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Process Control System, Element Important for Safety (EIS), Safety Protection Loop & Interlock, etc.
- involvement in the Plant Efficiency Improvement Project and Plant Reliability Improvement Project.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Currently pursuing Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in PowerBI and SCADA systems are plus points
- Knowledge in ASU and/or HyCO process is a plus
- Strong technical attributes (e.g. attention to details, highly organized and good math/analytical skills)
- Self-motivated with good demonstrated leadership and communication skills
