The role:

- Reporting to the APAC Head of Marketing, the APAC Marketing Coordinator will be accountable for the execution and tracking of campaigns across the region.
- Working closely with sales, channel and account managers, this role will be instrumental in driving the success of our diverse and transforming business in the region.

What we need to see from you:

- Accountable for the execution of campaigns that have been developed by our global service market leaders as relevant. This means localising or creating complementary campaign collateral, setting it up in the right systems or working with an agency to do so, briefing the sales team on the campaign, and tracking leads
- Ensuring that the campaigns run within budget and are driving business goals
- Foster and manage relationships with agencies and vendors to support deliver.
- Manage relevant social media channels for the region.
- Local partner management with our priority publishers
- One of our biggest sources of marketing budget comes from our partners. Having a local presence improves our relationship and opens up more funding opportunities.
- Customer Database maintenance
- Review and ongoing maintenance of the customer database.
- Process MDF requests and track MDF spending from vendor/publisher partners
- Reporting
- Meet our obligations to global (for investor and marketing dashboards)
- Reporting to local and regional leadership on our progress.

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- 3-5 years in a marketing role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with a commitment to be highly organized and determination to meet deadlines
- Understanding of digital marketing promotion strategies, demand gen, measurement, and pipeline metrics including related marketing automation, CRM, and data tools
- Demonstrated success in delivering campaigns
- Availability for travel within the region
