**Sourcing & Purchasing**:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, finished goods, and packaging and consumables, and services.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines, and manage strategic supplier relationships.
- Conduct Supplier audit and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing needs and forecasts.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and manage procurement records in SAP systems.
- Tracking monthly spend and preparing a monthly report.

**Inventory & Warehouse Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels at external warehouses to ensure optimal stockholding and FIFO practices.
- Plan and coordinate inbound shipments and stock replenishments based on forecasted consumption.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure safety, quality compliance, and readiness for audits (e.g., CIMAH, DOSH).

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate international and domestic logistics for inbound shipments, including breakbulk and container cargo.
- Engage with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and port authorities to manage vessel schedules, demurrage, and documentation.
- Monitor customs clearance and permit requirements.
- Oversee trucking and delivery arrangements for the transportation of goods from external warehouses to the plant.

**Planning & Coordination**:

- Assist in production planning by coordinating the supply of materials required for manufacturing.
- Work closely with commercial, production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support regional expansion initiatives by coordinating logistics and supply chain activities across Southeast Asia.

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business Administration or equivalent.
- **Relevant experience** in **Supply Chain/Logistic/Procurement**.
- Proficient in local **customs clearance** with practical experience in handling both **import and export shipments**. Experience in DG cargoes is an added advantage.
- Background in sourcing/purchasing, demand planning, forecasting and inventory management is a strong asset.
- Proactive, strong negotiation, analytical and good problem-solving skill.
- Permanent vacancy based in PJ, Selangor area.
