Position overview

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Junior/Senior Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, especially in payment gateway or fintech solutions, and a passion for helping businesses grow through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for payment gateway solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, products demos, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure excellent client experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
  • For Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in payment gateway, fintech, or merchants acquiring)
  • For Junior Executive: Candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer oriented mindset and target-driven attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Own transport and willing to travel (if required)
