About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at KUBERAN HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our innovative medical device products across the region. What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within the healthcare industry
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and identify new sales opportunities
  • Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our products to potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and marketing efforts
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed sales reports to management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the Minimally Invasive Surgery
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare and medical device market, including industry trends, regulations, and competitor landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
