Senior Sales Executive

Role Description

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Provide continuous client support by handling inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, presentation, quotation, and negotiation to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, production schedules, delivery arrangements, and payment collection.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and carry out any other tasks assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in FMCG packaging is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, and customer-focused.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaker).
