**Job Title: Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for report collection, sorting, summarization, transmission, and follow-up work.
- Summarize files and split files based on each category.
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Responsible, Attention to detail and quick learner.
- Fluent in **Mandarin** and English (spoken & written).

**工作内容:**

1. 负责各后台报表的收集、整理、汇总、传递、上报, 后续工作跟进、文件归档等。

2. 负责汇总档案, 依照各类别拆分文件,并按要求及时上报各项指标和数据,做到正确完整。

3. 处理主管所交办的其他事项。

**要求条件**:
1. 欢迎毕业生申请,不限经验 (有1年工作经验者优先),Diploma以上学历。

2. 逻辑好, 细心, 有责任心,乐于认真学习。

3. 懂得以中文会话。

4. 熟悉Excel, google 试算表, google 云端。
