Finance & Admin Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Exposure to all financial related matters including managing the accounts, payroll, financial reporting and assessing financial performance.
- Day to day running of the Accounts Department including payments, review invoices, journals, bank reconciliations, and other relevant works.
- Month end closing; preparation, review and analysis of management accounts, preparation of financial budgets and cashflow forecast.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual reports & annual audits including liaison with auditors on interim and year end statutory audits and other ad-hoc exercises.
- Coordinate tax compliance and dealing with tax agents including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Sales & Services Tax, among others.
- Issue invoices to corporate clients, prepare payments to suppliers, and follow up closely on outstanding payment collections.
- Handle staff monthly payroll which includes EPF, Socso, PCB
- Supports office administrations and any other roles assigned
- Other works to be assigned from time to time
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as Autocount, Excel systems.
- Knowledge in Sales & Service Tax (SST)
- Able to handle complete set of financial statements would be an added advantage
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
