**Job Overview**
Maintain a stable, secured and efficient IT infrastructure.
Plan and execute IT projects. Provide user support on IT requests and services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and administer IT infrastructure in local corporate office and overseas properties (Australia/New Zealand).
- Administer private and public cloud infrastructure, physical/virtual servers, networking and backup processes.
- Manage change requests related to the working project plans to meet the agreed deadlines and budget.
- Provide IT support on all hardware and software systems for office users.
- Schedule and perform regular infrastructure hardware and software maintenance.
- Plan and execute annual business continuity/disaster recovery exercise.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, review, recommend and implement infrastructure refresh projects.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
- Manage LAN and WAN connectivity.
- Be the emergency escalation point for infrastructure outage, including after hours.
**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of prior experience in implementing and administering IT infrastructure (system and networking) and cloud IT services (Azure, AWS, servers, routers, switches, etc).
- Experienced in regional team management.
- Able to answer correctly to technical questions on backup strategy, virtual and physical infrastructure administration,
- Strong advocate in accurate and detailed documentation
**Technically knowledgeable with hands-on experience in,**
- administering network equipment such as routers, switches, wireless controllers and firewalls,
- installing system updates,
- administering end-point security endpoint solution such as Sophos,
- administrating virtual infrastructure such as Vmware and Hyper-V,
- conducting DR exercises,
- Office 365 administration,
- end-user support and troubleshooting,
- administering different backup solutions,
- administering Microsoft on-premise servers,
- vendor management from quotation sourcing to project rollout,
- providing regional technical support,
- running regular system maintenance.
**Location: Lebuh Turi, Taman Chi Liung 41200 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan**

**Salary**: Up to RM8,700.00 per month
