**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Technical Support to maintain and support the audio-visual equipment in classrooms and meeting rooms. The role involves regular inspections, troubleshooting, and providing assistance to faculty, staff, and students to ensure the smooth operation of various teaching and presentation tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Equipment Maintenance**
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, LED devices, and other classroom/meeting room technologies.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and perform minor repairs as necessary.

**Technical Support**
- Provide technical support and guidance to faculty, staff, and students on the use of various teaching equipment and technological tools.
- Assist users with troubleshooting, setup, and operation of AV devices during lectures, presentations, or meetings.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Respond promptly to technical issues with equipment malfunctions and resolve them efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair issues with projectors, sound systems, and other classroom technologies.

**Equipment Management**
- Oversee the daily management of equipment, ensuring proper inventory control and maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and updates.
- Regularly update the equipment list and ensure that all assets are tracked and properly stored.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Technical related fields or an equivalent qualification.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience with audio-visual equipment maintenance or technical support (1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with common classroom and meeting room AV devices (e.g., projectors, LED displays, sound systems).

**Skills**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.
- Organizational skills to manage equipment inventory and maintenance records.
- Basic understanding of networking and technology integration in classrooms or meeting spaces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
