JR30634 Teamcenter Business Analyst

As a Teamcent Business Analyst - PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) at Micron Technology, Inc., you will contribute to a project team using Agile and Scrum methodology, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, close partnerships with business stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Translate business needs into concrete IT/Agile deliverables by collaborating directly with business and IT partners to understand and clarify requirements and user stories
- Provide authoritative, functional, and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches
- Configure and Implement system changes to align with business requirements
- Capture requirements from business process experts to help design and document solutions
- Contribute to testing, risk analysis, group presentations, and status reporting

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability
- Experience with Teamcenter configuration including BMIDE, workflow, access control, organizational change, etc.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes and workflows, in addition to related tools
- Demonstrable experience in BOM, Organizational Change and Material Management capability within PLM
- Ability to effectively communicate solution concepts to business counterparts and management
- A focus on business partners needs and service
- Self-motivated and outcome oriented
- Capability to build strong rapport with customer groups
- Experience in collaborating with team members to get results
- Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification
- Ability to work independently with short timelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Experience in the PLM, Master Data or Supply Chain domains (preferred)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable Experience integrating ERP and Manufacturing Systems to Teamcenter
- Demonstrable Experience PLM processes & its methodologies and usage with Siemens Teamcenter tools
- Experience building & handling Bill of Materials, Bill of Processes and managing parts & products as those mature through lifecycle
- Understanding of standard parts management, workflows, release procedures, defining configurations, change management among other primary cases

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience
