**Position : Internship - Logistics/Transportation/ Supply Chain**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to follow up on inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
- Participate in market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring shipment processes, including air, sea, and land transportation.
- Support the operations team in tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
- Work with different departments to optimize logistics operations.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues related to transportation and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing study Degree in Logistics/Transportation or relevant courses.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Well versed in English, both written and spoken.
- Currently in last year/semester.
