Halal administration, training and implementation
- Responsible in setting up for HALAL SOP and HALAL manual and review from time to time.
- To Lead in HALAL internal and external audit. To ensure all products are obtained HALAL certification and ensure certificate is within the validity period from raw material suppliers.
- To reply the non-conformance and ensure the recertification been done and prepare document and, or reports of HALAL committee meeting.
- To responsible of all matter to HALAL file and ensure, monitor HALAL document are in order and well organized.
- To update relevant quality SOP, HALAL documents into HALAL system, Quality Compliance (QC).
- To conduct self-inspection and ensure operation are compliance within HALAL SOP, relevant regulatory and update relevant quality SOPs.
- Conduct Halal training for outlets level.
- To be the key person in Halal Committee to highlight, solve and continuous follow-up regarding Halal issue from Supplier, outlets and any related areas.

Training and Admin
- To assist Excellence Manager in operation and training related matters.
- To provide analysis and report as requested by Excellence Manager.
- To give assistance in outlets’ operation, events, activities etc, as instructed by Excellence Manager.
- To assist Learning and Development departments in SOP creation or improvising to ensure the SOP align with Halal standard.
- To assist Research and Development in new products developments or existing products improvision, related to Halal.

**; Requirements**: - QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science or any related fields.
- Certified Halal Executive with minimum 1 year experience in handling Halal matters.
- Knowledgeable in HACCP practice will be prioritize.
- Experience in Food and Beverage (FandB) will be an advantage.

SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent in time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
