**Job Description: Marketing Executive**

**Position**: Marketing and Social Media Executive

**Company**: Victory Recovery Resources Sdn Bhd

**Reports To**: Deputy Managing Director

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Client Relations**:

- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

2. **Government Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and officials.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Represent the company in government meetings and industry events.
- Assist in the preparation of government-related documentation and proposals.

3. **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update the company's social media profiles, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Create engaging and relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.

4. **Sales Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales trends and market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to management.
- Use data to inform and improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and government officials.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with content creation and graphic design is a plus.
