**Responsibilities**:
The Role is responsible to oversee business’s cash, funds, and financial transactions, including monitoring the organisation’s cash position and liquidity management.
- Facilitate the management of cash flow and bank accounts for operation, capex, forecasting and planning, foreign currencies transactions and daily cash reconciliations management.
- Responsible for the cash flow planning, utilization of bank facilities and efficient use of cash as per objective set by the company.
- In charge of opening or closure of bank accounts, maintenance of bank delegation of authority and e-banking systems.
- Managing system administrator functions to ensure smooth running of financial systems
- Work closely with various relationship banks on KYC reviews, refresh/renewal of bank facility documents.
- Support the business units on trade finance related issues, such as Bank Guarantees.
- Assist in the preparation of board paper for treasury related matters
- Ensure compliance with banking standard practices, foreign exchange control regulations and other regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiency.
- Manage the relationships with bankers and working on projects with treasury implications
- To handle ad hoc projects, assignments, duties, and responsibilities when required

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Requires 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Deadline oriented, work and time management.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English language
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP system is an added advantage
