**L2 Application Support Specialist - DevOps & Treasury**

**Competencies and Skills**
- University Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production support with hands-on programming experience.

**Job Specification**

**Technical/Functional Skills**
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) for building user interfaces
- Understanding of database technologies and server-side languages for data management
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps tools
- Good Troubleshooting skills on Linux as well as Windows.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with the ability to manage sprints, backlogs, and issue tracking in Jira.
- Familiarity with Jenkins as a tool for automating builds and deployments.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot errors, and find effective solutions
- Ensuring code quality and accuracy to prevent bugs
- Effectively communicating with clients, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and convey technical concepts
- Good Troubleshooting skills on Linux as well as Windows.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge in Treasury Function and products will be an added advantage.
- Ability to Understand system architecture, configuration files, parameters and the logs files
- Ability to perform checks, maintains logs, generate reports, and produce documentation

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Java, Python, JavaScript: 2 years (required)
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks: 2 years (preferred)
- Agile development practices and DevOps tools: 2 years (preferred)
- Linux, Windows.: 2 years (preferred)
- DevOps & Treasury: 2 years (preferred)
- L2 Support: 1 year (preferred)
