**Creative Content Producer (AI + Social) | Part-Time | Remote or Hybrid (TTDI)**

**RM1,000/month basic + Commission (Up to RM1,500/month)**

We’re looking for a **Creative Content Producer (AI + Social)** to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll be the one turning our expert masterclasses, podcasts, and programs into high-impact visual content, reels, ad creatives, and social media assets. Your work will help fuel our marketing engine and touch the hearts of thousands.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Content Creation & Repurposing**
- Turn raw Zoom recordings and long-form podcasts into short-form reels, clips, carousels, and visual hooks
- Design social media posters, landing page assets, and campaign visuals using Canva or other tools
- Produce basic video edits using tools like CapCut, VN, Descript, or AI tools like Runway
- Repurpose existing content to be channel-ready for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, Instagram

**AI-Enabled, Lean Content Production**
- Use Gen AI tools (image, video, script generation) to increase creative output and work faster
- Suggest creative formats or trends that align with our Islamic, marriage-focused audience
- Collaborate with digital marketer and copywriter to optimize visuals for conversion

**Campaign-Driven Results**
- Work within real marketing campaigns — not just “post and pray”
- Contribute directly to lead generation, engagement, and paid subscriber growth
- Be part of weekly content planning cycles, focused on measurable outcomes

**Who We’re Looking ForMust-Have Background**
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation
- Strong Canva and CapCut (or similar) skills
- Familiar with content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp
- Organized, self-managed, and creatively driven by results
- Alignment with Islamic values and sensitivity to faith-based topics

**Bonus Points**
- Comfortable using AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Descript, ChatGPT, etc.
- Past experience turning long-form content (webinars, interviews) into short marketing clips
- Portfolio includes Islamic, education, or wellness content
- Background in dakwah, digital media, or faith-driven causes

**Compensation**
- **Basic**: RM1,000/month (part-time)
- **Performance-Based Commission**: Up to RM1,500/month
- (Based on contribution to campaign success, lead generation, and engagement — shared during onboarding)_
- **Total potential earnings**: RM2,500/month
- **Growth Path**: Potential to move into full-time Creative Lead or Campaign Production Manager
- **Ownership Opportunity**: This role is part of our **Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS)**
