We're now looking for a Visual Content Producer with a strong eye for storytelling and hands-on experience in photography to join our dynamic creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Creative Direction

  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging visual content (video and photo) for social media, digital campaigns, and branded projects.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual executions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process — from pre-production (storyboard, shot list, location planning) to post-production (editing, grading, export).

Photography & Videography

  • Handle on-site shooting for cars, lifestyle scenes, and brand-related visuals.
  • Capture both stills and motion content that align with brand tone and creative strategy.
  • Manage studio and outdoor shoots, ensuring lighting, framing, and technical setup meet professional standards.

Editing & Post-production

  • Edit and retouch photos or videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Maintain consistent visual quality and ensure content is optimized for each platform (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Collaboration & Asset Management

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams to schedule and deliver content.
  • Manage and organize visual assets for internal and client use.
  • Keep up with trends in photography, videography, and digital storytelling.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content production, photography, or videography (experience in automotive or lifestyle content is a plus).
  • Proficient in camera operation (DSLR / mirrorless), lighting, and editing software.
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail in composition, color, and storytelling.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with passion for visual storytelling and technology.
