HR Assistant

**Working Hours**:
- Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 6.15pm (Break: 1.00pm - 2.15pm)
- Friday: 9.00am - 6.15pm (Break: 12.45pm - 2.45pm)
- Saturday: 9.00am - 3.00pm (Break: 1.00pm - 2.00pm) _(Staff entitled to 1 Saturday off per month)_
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in onboarding process including preparing Employment Form, Offer Letter, and HR documents.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Develop and carry out efficient filing and documentation systems.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., leaves, attendance, overtime).
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing letters, memos, and HR-related reports.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, organized, and meticulous with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
