1. Experienced working in semiconductor industry. Possess good leadership and team management skills.

2. Good communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, careful work, and able to adapt to pressure.

4. Identify with the company's values, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the team to ensure achievement of team goals.

2. Develop and execute team work plans and task assignments.

3. Monitor the work progress and quality of team members and provide necessary guidance and assistance.

4. Promote communication and collaboration among team members and improve the overall efficiency of the team.

5. Collect opinions and suggestions from team members and provide timely feedback to management.

6. Deal with conflicts and problems among team members and maintain the harmony and stability of the team.

7. Conduct performance evaluation and feedback with team members regularly to motivate team members' enthusiasm and initiative.

8. Report the team's work status and achievements to superiors and provide decision-making support.

9. Participate in team training and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
