Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily warehouse activities. Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet customer demands. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs. Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile any discrepancies. Assist in implementing inventory control measures, such as cycle counting and ABC analysis, to improve accuracy and reduce inventory holding.

Team Supervision: Support the Warehouse Manager in supervising and motivating warehouse staff. Assign tasks, provide training and guidance, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and implement best practices. Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and take necessary corrective actions.

Safety and Compliance: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and promoting adherence to health and safety policies. Conduct regular safety inspections, address any safety concerns, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Encourage and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.

Equipment and Maintenance: Assist in managing warehouse equipment and facilities. Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of equipment to minimize downtime. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.

Reporting and Documentation: Assist in generating operational reports, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse performance. Prepare accurate documentation and records related to warehouse operations, such as receiving reports, pick lists, and shipping documentation.

Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, resolve customer inquiries or issues, and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
- HACCP Compliance in Related
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in using computer systems and warehouse management software.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,700.00 per month
