Finance and Admin Executive

Ensure accurate records for day-to-day transactions.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
- Issue customer invoice, update in SQL system.
- Verify staff claims and suppliers’ invoices.
- Ensure smooth monthly account closing and payment preparation to suppliers and other bank transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations for review.
- Update customer collection.
- Foreign worker permit renewal, hostel management, and bring them to clinic if sickness, etc....
- Responsible for Year-end audit files, ensuring all information and supporting documents are electronically available.
- Perform SST submission.
- Provide administrative support to the department on all aspects of the administration functions.
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
- Strong negotiation and sourcing skills, strong work ethics, independent and ability to work with mínimal supervision, a team player.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor degree in related field.
- At least 35 years old and below.
- Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Require skills: Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Minimum 1 year of experience on Finance/Accounting/Admin/Human Resource or other related field.
