**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
- Responsible for day-to-day Accounts administration tasks.
- Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
- Check on petty cash and issue reimbursement cheque.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
- Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Certification and above in Accounting or Admin
- Good communication in Bahasa Malay, English & Chinese
- Preferable understand in Chinese Word and Written
- Proven working experience in accounting or in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software - UBS is needed.
- Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organised and work well under pressure.
- Provided own transportation

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
