Coordinate with customers to develop project plan including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables etc.
- Manage effective project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage project activities to meet business goals.
- Track and monitor project execution to make sure that the customer requirements are met.
- Identify and manage resource requirements, required skill sets, training plans, quality reviews, documentations and weekly meetings required for project execution
- Develop process improvements to meet customer needs.
- Improve customer relationship by providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Validate project plan and schedule to incorporate any changes requested by customers.
- Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between customers and project team throughout the project implementation phase.
- Inform project status, schedule and key issues to customers and management on regular basis.
- Perform negotiations on project activities with customer when required.
- Maintain and update a database of project related documents.
- Inform management on customer needs and business opportunities.
- Make adjustments to the billing rates and estimations according to company’s policy.
- Manage the projects plan and scheduling, coach project teams to achieve project goals.
- Understanding management expectations, to ensure the project is completed safely, meeting quality expectations, within budget and schedule.
- Accountable for project controls: project cost estimating, planning/scheduling, project forecasting, effective project progress control, cash flow management, and financial status of the project.
- Understanding & familiarizing with technical drawings & material specification during interior renovation.
- Good skills in communicating with client & able to understand their requirements for the concept design.
- Good skill in writing and communicating with clients professionally.
- Capable to do project briefing.
- Good positive attitude, responsible, can work well under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Responsible for overseeing the project construction activities and site progress.

**Requirements**:
1. At least Diploma certificate in Interior Design/Architectural/Civil Engineering or Other Related Feild.

2. Minimum 5 years in project manager role experience in a related to Interior Design/Construction/Renovation/Fit Out Works..

3. Required skill: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
