**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Managing & monitoring trucking & distribution activity that includes truck planning.
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements and able to manage pool of drivers.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

Requirement- Min.1-2 years working ** Transportation/Logistic/Supply Chain industry.
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Logistics.
- Experience in Transport line is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
