**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and material availability.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize production output.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Track production performance, analyze deviations, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing production planning.
- Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing) for reporting and presentations, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
