AirAsia X Berhad is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Accounting & Finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in the aviation industry while developing skills in accounting and finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist in financial reporting**: Support the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

**Accounts payable and receivable**: Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

**Data entry and reconciliation**: Input financial data into accounting systems accurately. Reconcile discrepancies in financial records and bank statements.

**Budgeting and forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted expenses.

**Support audit processes**: Prepare documentation and assist auditors during internal and external audits.

**Financial analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.

**Ad hoc projects**: Assist the Accounting & Finance team with various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
