**JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- **
- Perform daily accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Manage the full cycle of e-Invoicing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accurate data submissions.
- Administer and process monthly payroll, including salary payments, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.), and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees professionally and confidentially.
- Prepare and file payroll reports for internal use and statutory bodies.
- Use SQL to extract, and analyze financial and payroll data for reporting purposes.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial and payroll records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Stay updated on e-Invoicing, payroll regulations, and taxation laws to ensure compliance.
- Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with e-Invoicing systems and related compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL for financial data management and reporting.
- Hands-on experience or understanding of basic payroll processing.
- Microsoft Office literate.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and local employment/taxation regulations.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
